Monday Night

Well, it's about 8 pm Monday night. Grandpa is rocking Elijah hoping that he falls asleep. I'm pretty happy that he has been spending at least half the night in his crib, and remain hopeful for the full nights sleep. In desperation to lose weight I have started walking. I walked a mile today and am telling myself that I am going to walk a mile tomorrow, one will have to wait and see if it actually happens. I had a really good day at work today, no kid melt downs which is always a good thing. What also helps is that it's only two weeks til Spring Break...... Woo Hoo!!!!! I can't say that I'm going to do anything exciting, but am hoping that Elijah at least gives me that extra hour of sleep that I get during the weekend. I'm also going to try to get him in to the dentist so that they can check out his two teeth. He's so cute if I may say so myself. I thank God every morning for such a wonderful blessing. He's my little angel!! Well, most of the time. :) I'm kinda stressing out about an upcoming test as well. I am taking classes at the junior college here. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the university, until I knew how I was going to handle working, mommy, and school. I must say that it has taken getting used to, but anyways, I'm having my first test in ASL (American Sign Language) and I am so nervous about it. I will definitely have to spend this weekend practicing which is the same thing as studying. I just hope I pass it. I don't have to make an A by any means, I'd be happy with a C, I just want to pass!!! So, if you can pray for me at 3:50 (4:50 Texas time) as I take my test. I am also taking multi-cultural diversity class which is actually listed under education. Well, I don't know what else to say right at the moment other than I am ready to come down for a visit, which isn't far away, and yes I am counting the days!! Not only am I counting the days until I see you wonderful people, but also to the end of the school year. I got great vacation planned, and yes you guessed it, we're going to Disney World!!!!! I so excited!! Elijah's first picture with Mickey!!! I can't wait!!!!!!! It's also going to be Mom's first time, and Dad's second. I have been trying to not over plan, and thankfully I haven't had to much time to do it, but come April......it's on!!!!!! Alright, seriously it's time to go. Elijah's in his crib asleep, and I should probably take my shower before he wakes up. Goodnight!!! MWAH!!!!
